Quote Form

Providing you with a quote for digitizing and sewing charges is easy. The process does require, however, some important information so that you are provided with an accurate quote the first time. Because the nature of our business is customization, each quote is based upon your individual design requirements. Once the one-time fee for all digitizing services is paid, you own the digitizing diskette.

  1. Please use the file attachment box at the bottom of the form to upload the image file of the logo or design you would like to have digitized, preferably in JPEG or GIF file format. Alternatively, you may fax us the logo or design at (954) 776-4122. Be aware, faxed images may not be as accurate or detailed as an electronic or photographic image.

  2. In addition to sending us your image file, please supply the following information. We will contact you with your quote as soon as possible.
